We have an exceptional opportunity for you to become a vital member of our Business Customer Services team, nestled in the vibrant hub of Perth's Central Business District. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, providing exceptional support to Small Business Customers in Western Australia, and serving as a prominent representative of a leading utilities provider.

What we can offer you:
- Hourly rate of $26.34 On Target Earning (based on reaching KPI’s)- Full time shifts working Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm- Comprehensive paid training- Flexibility to work from home 3 days per week and in office 2 days per week after training and embedment period- a diverse and supportive working environment - everyone is welcome here, and our differences make us stronger- a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency

We’re looking for inspiring people who will:
- Deliver great customer service by aiming to resolve the customers query the first time, every time.- Strive to continuously improve our customer service to exceed expectations.- Cross sell, up sell and offer value add services for business customers- Develop and maintain relationships with business customers- Strong customer experience and communication skills within a telephone-based role- Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience in providing exceptional customer service to business clients, while also instilling confidence during calls, ultimately adding value to their business through the promotion of our products and services.- Calm under pressure, flexible and agile mindset with great organisational skills- Willingness to learn and a positive friendly attitude-
- You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance- Full work rights to work within Australia
