Mobilize is partnering with a leading provider of office furniture, workplace solutions, and supplies, trusted by organisations and schools nationwide. As a Workspace Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on space planning, and deliver customised solutions that enhance functionality and design. You'll collaborate with the wider sales team, retail network, and support functions, playing a key role in driving growth in the commercial fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing sales and achieving revenue targets across commercial furniture and fit-outs.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value through tailored solutions and complementary services.
  • Partnering with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the workspace solutions offering.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated B2B sales success, ideally 5+ years in commercial furniture or office fit-outs.
  • Strong background in designing and delivering workspace solutions.
  • Experience managing briefs, presenting to clients, and handling complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work effectively with builders, designers, and project managers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and layout/design tools such as SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, customer-first approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
