About the Role

Join a supportive team focused on selling and delivering quality technology solutions. We're looking for a Pre-sales Solutions Specialist who can support sales staff, interface with technical teams, and work closely with customers to help select and design the right technical solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understanding requirements and preparing clear, well-structured proposal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide presales support

· Interface with technical subject matter experts internally and externally to assemble integrated solutions and pricing

· Prepare high-quality proposals and tender documents to support the sales team, including high level solution architecture, pricing tables and technical documentation and diagrams

· Educate customers and internal teams on different technology options and capabilities

· Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams, uphold safety and compliance standards, and pursue ongoing professional development

What You'll Bring

· A broad understanding of technology solutions, especially around communications and cloud services

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language both written and verbally

· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work proactively

· Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable:

· Networking certifications (Cisco or similar vendor)

· Microsoft certifications

· Experience with Microsoft Teams or other business communication platforms

· Understanding of traditional telephony systems

· Current National Police Certificate
