Our client is an Australian based freight specialist who offer tailed solutions to their clients nationally and internationally. Highly recognised for their multiple service offerings and business expertise, they take an innovative approach to addressing freight movements.

Currently, they are adding to their professional and high performing team with the addition of a Cusmtomer Service Specialist.

This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned, successful business that is in a phase of growth and offers training and career diversity down the track.

The Cusmtomer Service Specialist is responsible for identifying and delivering effective freight forwarding solutions for clients.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients
- Preparation of quotations
- Booking of freight with carriers
- Preparing transit and delivery of goods
- Identification of continuous improvement
- Entering all records onto CRM system

**About you**:
We are seeking a customer service superstar who is committed to enhancing the customer experience and has the natural ability to forge long term and trusting client relationships at all levels.

You will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and take pride in finding the right solution to meet your client’s needs.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Good mathematical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with M/S Office including Excel
- Honest and reliable
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certificate
