**Move Me In (MMI)** is an easy-to-use utilities connection service designed to take the hassle out of moving. IRE is looking for self-starter and goal oriented Account Manager to continue to build both existing and new relationships with our clients in
**South Australia.**

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, ensuring customer retention, upselling our broader range of services, and setting BDM meetings with a view to sell independently after some time in the field whilst managing your portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for regular visits to our customers to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain existing accounts and ensure customer retention.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell our broader range of services.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research and gather data on customer behaviour and preferences to improve our services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide regular reports and updates on performance ;account & competitor activity;
- Exceptional understanding territory market share with a desire to grow the market share within your territory
- Willingness to drop into agents we don't currently work with during your runs and set appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Desire to learn and develop the necessary skills to close deals independently while being trained by your business development manager

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role. Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate or Utilities will be very highly regarded.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and retain customers
- Independent worker with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Desire and willingness to cold call agents, set appointments and sell independently
