**Post Shipment Export Documentation Manager**
**THE OPPORTUNITY**

From our multi-supply channels, this position will lead the Export Documentation team to deliver compliant documentation whilst providing exceptional customer service. The role provides strong leadership and responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of export documentation and records. This role manages the work allocation for the team, along with processing documentation and assisting in the development of the export documentation platforms. This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful, the role requires a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of export documentation. In addition to this leading a team, and facilitating decision-making together with problem-solving is a key component.
You will also:

- Be able to build great relationships with internal and external customers
- Have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritise your work
- Proven computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
- High levels of organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail regarding documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and be calm under pressure
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
You will have:

- 5 or more years experience with accurate export documentation handling and managing documentation issues (including RFPs and other certificates)
- Demonstrable experience in challenging administrative roles
- Proven experience leading teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management
- Adaptable & flexible to a changing Operating Environment
- A high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise and plan
- Sees an issue & takes action, showing initiative in all parts of the role
- Strong aptitude in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
