**About the opportunity**

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, the Network Partners Case Manager is a key role within the Case Management team providing guidance, support, investigation and representation on complex and medium/high risk cases, queries and investigations involving our principal contractors and their personnel.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

Within this newly created position, you will conduct case management and follow documented guidelines to ensure consistency in the management of cases across our Network and ensure that we meet our regulatory & legislative obligations, as well as adhere to all Australia Post policies and procedures and contractual obligations.

**You’ll also**:

- Be responsible for the case management, investigation and resolution of Network Partners Tier 2 & 3 Cases
- Provides expert advice, case coordination and recommendations for resolution, including providing feedback to improve knowledge, and resolving any issues identified through the process
- Alignment of case management to documented case management guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with any legal, regulatory and or contractual obligations
- Work closely with the People and Culture team to keep abreast of changes in legislation within the ER landscape
- Responsible for case management improvements and refining case management, knowledge management and system optimisation

**About you**

You will work closely with business unit leaders, investigation officers and group legal teams, and will have outstanding interpersonal, coaching and listening skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organisation.

**You’ll also need**
- Significant industry experience dealing with complex cases and unionised workforce
- Analytical and commercial thinking, with stakeholder and client influence capability
- HR Qualification preferred
