Reporting to the Digital Excellence Manager, the **Digital Specialist** will be responsible for enhancing capabilities in the technology connectivity by improving the digital platform, data, process and analytics capabilities required to support the Digital Technologies and Analytics team.

The successful individual will be involved in the Digital Excellence program, development and deployment of systems, automation, data capture, management and reporting, and any other digital initiatives aimed at improving WesTrac’s ability to improve our post sale customer experience.

The position requires specialist expertise to ensure optimal initiative design, as well as a strong project management skill set to ensure on time and on budget delivery.

**Location**: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary level qualification in Computer Science or other relevant technology discipline coupled with post qualification experience, or significant demonstrated industry experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Caterpillar Inc.; products and services; internal systems, processes, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Align with and actively demonstrate WesTrac’s values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus
