We have an opportunity for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our Marketing & Brand team on a permanent basis. Reporting to our General Manager - Marketing & Brand, this role is based at our Pier St head office and offers flexible working opportunities including to work from home / remotely.

**About you**

You will have experience managing and supporting multiple digital platforms including CRM, CMS and eDM / SMS software. You will also have an understanding of marketing automation, content development, project management, development and implementation.

You are a thinker and a doer and you will be comfortable with competing priorities and delivering high quality work to tight deadlines.

Your journey to date includes experience in industries that require a strong digital presence to drive brand awareness and lead generation. You also have:

- Experience in leading a digital agency
- The creation and execution of digital campaigns to support the overall campaign roadmap (including broadcast, programmatic, video, social and search to optimise brand awareness and drive leads
- Proven experience executing and reporting on social media advertising
- Experience in developing, enhancing, and maintain highly effective website driving brand awareness and leads
- Proven experience in CMS to retain and engage audiences and ability to maximise digital footprint (in addition for platforms like My Aged Care, Google my Business)
- Proven experience executing SEM to build new audiences, build brand preference
- Data analytics to identify areas of opportunity, and communicate updates and recommendations to improve digital performance, including campaigns
- The ability to confidently speak to the broader Marketing team on emerging digital trends and insights to be applied to business goals
