The Role

We're on the lookout for a smart, driven graduate who's ready to learn the ropes and grow into an Account Strategist role. You'll work alongside our founder, senior team, and content co-ordinators to help deliver high-impact digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and beyond.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on agency experience across a diverse portfolio of clients — with full training and mentoring provided. You'll learn to take ownership of strategy and execution, treat client budgets like your own, and become a confident communicator in front of clients.

If you've got a marketing degree, a bit of digital experience, and a hunger to learn, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Support 10–12 client accounts and grow into full account ownership
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution across Google and Meta Ads
  • Learn to interpret campaign performance using tools like Agency Analytics
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving
  • Co-ordinate content and creative deliverables with support from our team
  • Identify opportunities to optimise results and pitch fresh ideas
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-energy agency environment

Must-Haves

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and campaign performance
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset and desire to take ownership
  • Willingness to learn Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp and Canva
  • Confidence to work with clients from all walks of life

Bonus Points

  • Any hands-on experience with digital ads or marketing platforms
  • Internship or agency placement experience
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint coursework or certifications
  • Familiarity with marketing reports or campaign dashboards
