Digital Marketing Specialist
Popular retail brand specialising in home appliances with reach across Australia and New Zealand.

The Digital Specialist (SEO and UX) is responsible for the analysis, planning and execution of continuous improvements and performance optimisation for the organisations internal brands - organic search results and website conversion points across the funnel. This role supports search campaign activations, identifies growth opportunities, monitors competitor performance, and shares key insights with the business with recommendations to achieve future growth

**Your new role**:

SEO Requirements:

- Responsible for the strategy, execution, and reporting of SEO tactics to improve SEO across all brands.
- Write SEO content such as meta data and blog posts.
- Manage external copywriters developing SEO content, as required.
- Brief the media agency on search marketing.
- SEO analysis and reporting, making recommendations for optimisation.
- Identification of technical errors that could impact SEO.

Website/UX Requirements:

- Manage website UX design & testing.
- Manage A/B and multivariant testing for the website.
- Website content management.
- Build landing pages and PDPs.
- Manage website popups.
- Development and management of website templates.
- Uploading events to the website.
- Asset creation and editing to optimise images and video on the website.
- Implementing website page redirection.
- Analysis and reporting on website performance, making recommendations for optimisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Diploma or Degree qualified in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
- 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing and website content management
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and best practice UX/UI
- Content development including video
- High level of understanding and experience in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console
- Ability to generate and interpret data for reporting
- Understanding of digital asset requirements for digital marketing channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at a time, in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JS
- Experience with Shopify is highly regarded, as is working across multiple brand portfolios and a directly selling or eCommerce background.
