**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently seeking a Digital Content Producer & BD Specialist to join the team in a permanent, full time capacity based at our Balcatta Office.

The Purpose of the Digital Content Producer & BD Specialist is to drive communication and engagement across IFMS employees, consumers, and the client. This will occur through producing digital content that supports success across a balanced scorecard (Safety, Service, People, Cost, Quality. The Digital Content Producer & BD Specialist will also support the IFMS team to identify new/changing service BD opportunities and convert them into winning service proposals

**Job Scope**:
The role has the primary purpose of maximizing financial returns to Sodexo through driving and sustaining IFMS contract performance. This will be delivered through new service proposal success, and professional content communication. The role will also support employee and client success by converting ideas/information into professional content production.

Based in the Perth Support Centre (Balcatta) the role will engage directly with stakeholders through varied mediums including on-site visitation.

**Business Development**
- Identify potential service improvements in IFMS and complete appropriate research on the prospective business and client needs.
- Develop relationships with clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with IFMS leaders to create winning service proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and service teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.

**Engagement**
- Responsible for driving engagement aligning both off and online consumer experience.
- Support the establishment of the non-digital and digital campaigns processes and practices for IFMS Identify and propose improvement opportunities across a balanced score card.
- Support, Develop and implement IFMS campaigns (online and offline), including creation, execution, tracking and analysis.
- Measuring, tracking and suggesting improvements for the employee/customer journey across digital channels to increase overall engagement and conversion rates.

**Insights and Analytics**
- Optimising performance and conversions on the consumer app as driven by data, trends analysis, consumer insights.
- Developing and maintaining digital performance reporting, dashboards and analysis including implementing analytics tools and tracking parameters.
- Responsible for the support and deployment of consumer satisfaction surveys across all channels.
- Bring data analytics and customer insights into the business to drive profitable offers.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business / Marketing with a focus on digital.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience in developing winning client service proposals.
- Experience creating digital campaigns and content (via apps would be highly regarded).
- E-commence knowledge and experience would be a distinct advantage.
