Our client has a strong reputation for being one of the leading law firms in the area. They pride themselves on their team culture, low churn rate and healthy work/life balance. They are now looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their close knit property team.

**What they are looking for -**
- Some experience of Conveyancing or within Real Estate
- Loves a fast-paced environment in a busy role
- Has the right attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys being part of a team in a fantastic work environment

**Typical duties will include -**
- Document Production for Conveyancing related matters
- Vendor and Purchaser client file management - Electronic & Manually as applicable
- Client and stakeholder liaison both face to face and over the telephone
- Processing detailed property transactions in conjunction with qualified Conveyancers
- Conducting legal research and processing property searches
- Finalising client files for settlement
- Preparing for and then attending to settlements (including use of Duties Online and PEXA)
- Ensure our clients receive the best possible service at all times
- Preparing statements of account and invoices
