This is a great opportunity to join a well-established boutique law firm based in the inner northern suburbs, known for their experienced lawyers and dedicated staff. With a strong client base, this firm boasts a friendly team culture and promotes a genuine work/life balance.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with Partners and Lawyers and be responsible for assisting clients with general conveyancing matters (mainly residential, with some commercial).

**Your main duties in this role will include**:

- Run files autonomously from instruction to settlement
- Manage mortgage, caveat, survivorship and transmission registrations
- Draft correspondence
- Arrange settlements (PEXA / Duties Online)
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain client relationships
- General administration

**Skills and experience we'd love**:

- Min. **3 years previous experience **in a conveyancing law clerk role
- Experience with LEAP, PEXA and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client service focus
- Ability to multi task and manage differing priorities
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
