THE ROLE

We are a busy conveyancing office, looking for full time conveyancing assistants/clerks joining the team in Springvale, Victoria.

Duties include:

  • Data Entry
  • Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
  • Running conveyancing files from start to settlement with training provided
  • Other duties as requested by the directors and managers and other senior staff

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Loves working with numbers
  • 6 months experience in office working environment preferred but non experience candidates also considered
  • Salary varies based on experience
