**About the role**
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to continue their career and gain experience at a reputable company. As a Conveyancing Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 10 conveyancers and running more complex files.
- Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Mentoring and guiding a team of conveyancers
- Working closely with a Property Partner
- Assistance with contracts and section 32 advice
- Running files from start to finish
- File maintenance and management
- Reviewing various documents and files
- Managing transfers

**About you**
Our client is looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual to join their team. They are seeking someone with a wealth of knowledge to bring with them.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a conveyancer, with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of files
- Strong communication, time management skills and leadership skills
