**About the role**:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role will work collaboratively with other members of the health care team, and will be responsible for providing an efficient, comprehensive and customer orientated administrative service.

Duties for the role will include:

- Assist with the provision and management of up to date information and resources relevant to DivRAP
- Co-ordinating appointments using the Hospital Electronic Patient system (Sunrise EMR) in consultation with patients and staff
- Ordering of consumables via Oracle and contribute to the management of Accounts Payable using Basware
- Managing referrals and waitlist and check in and check out patients, booking of appointments, updating records and accurate marking of files
- Responding appropriately and promptly to telephone enquiries, providing up to date information, resources and referral options in a courteous and confidential manner

**About you**:

- Previous experience using computing equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets etc)
- Experience in the use of patient appointment making systems
- Previous experience working in a health related work setting
- Ability to undertake (or capacity to learn) data management, manipulation, extraction and minor systems development of Sunrise EMR
