To ensure staff continue to receive market leading remuneration, benefits and support, you will be involved in;
- The execution of the annual remuneration review and incentive calculation
- Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations
- Support & design staff benefit programs
- Assist with staff mobility services

Passionate about your career in Remuneration & Benefits, you will be currently in an R&B Analyst or Specialist appointment looking for that next challenge. This group will leverage your excellent Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup), your developing stakeholder capabilities and your ability to multitask across a range of projects. Degree qualifications in HR, Business or related fields will be valued. This role offers a flexible work environment with an expected 3 day onsite presence, in modern offices located in lively North Melbourne area.
