**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and handling customers’ needs.
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Work with the functions within Bostik Australia and globally where required to achieve internal goals.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate and manager training promotions, pricing strategies with the assistance of the marketing and finance teams.
- Execute agreed sales initiatives to agreed deadlines and budgets.

**Required Profile**:

- Industry experience within FMCG is preferred and/or dealing with our distributors such as Metcash, Coles, Woolworths, Officeworks.
- 5 years Sales experience in a similar role is desirable
- Strong communication & relationship building skills.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation, & conflict resolution ability. Emotional resilience. High level of personal integrity.
- Thrives on a challenge. Understands pros & cons of a seasonal business.
