**Your Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a **Hire Coordinator** to be based in our Head Office in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Acting Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- All plant and equipment hire requests
- Supplying quotes to various projects
- Monitoring and actioning rate increases by suppliers
- Keeping accurate records of plant and equipment hires including rates, attachments, on-hire and off-hire documentation
- Keeping accurate utilisation reports for all projects
- Reconciling monthly invoices and raising purchase orders using our system
- Liaising with Plant Hire personnel to coordinate on-hire and off-hire inspections
- Assisting with transport coordination of all Plant and Equipment when required
- Creating and managing Hire Agreements for all hired equipment
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in a previous Administrative role
- Good knowledge and understanding of document management processes and practices
- Knowledge of the construction/mining/plant equipment - **An advantage**:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and using an ERP system such as JDE
- Demonstrated ability to utilise and update excel spreadsheets/matrices as well as databases
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- ‘C’ class Driver’s license
