We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily

administrative operations of our Sydney campus. This position plays a key role in ensuring

the efficient coordination of office services, supporting compliance, and fostering a

professional and student-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate general administrative activities and campus operations

2. Maintain student and staff records in accordance with regulatory requirements

(ASQA, CRICOS)

3. Liaise with academic staff and external stakeholders to support operational and

academic needs

4. Ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures, including regulatory

compliance

5. Manage office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility maintenance

6. Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership in operational planning

7. Support student services including enrolment, course scheduling, and communication

Required Skills and Experience

1. At least a diploma-level qualification in business administration or a related field (or

equivalent relevant experience)

2. Minimum of 2 years of office administration or management experience, preferably

within an education or RTO setting

3. Strong knowledge of RTO compliance standards and CRICOS requirements

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency with student management systems and Microsoft Office suite

6. High level of organisational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: Up to $82,000.00 per year
