**About the Opportunity**

As part of the Infrastructure Program the Team Leader, Infrastructure Assets will provide leadership to the Infrastructure Management Team. They will lead a team of technical professionals to provide technical advice and instruction to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure the asset can perform as intended and align with the strategic objectives. The Team Leader will manage and deliver excellent customer service and coordinate all planned and reactive Asset Management activities to align with our strategic and operational objectives.

The Team Leader will leverage the industry and service providers to provide value for money solutions to build and maintain our $2Billion asset portfolio and make accurate decisions that will support a financial benefit to our customers. They will drive innovative change across the team and systems, to create a new way of service delivery that step changes the portfolio and build strong relationships with city operations teams to have a cohesive and beneficial delivery mechanism.

Some of the projects you will see yourself working on are:

- Main Street Revitalisation.
- Delivery of Infrastructure Improvements throughout the City.
- Working with State Government on major projects.

You will a have leadership style, which is naturally empowering, supportive, collaborative, encouraging and drives a positive culture, which will allow you to provide leadership, specialist asset management guidance and advice, support and assistance to our team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
