About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Photography Lead to manage our product imagery operations. You'll be responsible for managing the full ecommerce photography workflow - from receiving product and preparing items for shoots, to capturing high-quality images and coordinating post-production.
This role is a perfect blend of creative execution, organisation, and hands-on teamwork, with a direct impact on how our customers engage with our brands online.
Day to Day You Will Be
- Managing the end-to-end ecommerce stock flow using internal systems (POS, AP21).
- Leading all photography-related studio operations and stock inventory processes.
- Preparing products for shooting - including unpacking, steaming apparel, and styling footwear.
- Capturing high-quality product imagery and videos using studio equipment and photobooth software.
- Overseeing post-production with offshore retouching teams to deliver polished, brand-consistent imagery.
- Maintaining an organised filing system, including naming, cataloguing, and archiving assets.
- Identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Conducting quarterly stocktakes to minimise product loss and damage.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.

What We’re Looking For
Stock management experience
Background in retail, marketing, ecommerce, or photography studio
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting of product
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
