**About the role
**We have a six-month Fixed Term Contract for an experienced Engagement & Inclusion Partner/Lead. This role will report into and partner our Talent ANZ Leader and own the responsible for managing the delivery of Reece’s Team Engagement and Inclusion strategy across ANZ.

This includes management, development and implementation, in collaboration with stakeholders and leaders, engagement and inclusion programs and initiatives across Reece ANZ.

**Key focus areas for the role will be**:

- Shape the strategy, program, and operational plans, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to embedding inclusion and a focus on team engagement across the business.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of team engagement & inclusion strategic initiatives and programs, informed by best practice.
- Partner the Internal Communications team to manage and coordinate the development of communication and engagement strategies, content and collateral required to drive successful implementation, resulting in high engagement and participation.
- Collaborate and partner the Data & Analytics team to analyse and report on qualitative and quantitative information to report on progress and outcomes of programs and benchmark activities.
- Partner Leaders at all levels facilitating sessions delivering, interpreting and ensuring understanding of engagement results.

**About You
**You will have strong experience in and extensive understanding of Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement and Organisational Development methodologies, having successfully developed and executed the Inclusion & Engagement strategy in a large corporate that is similar to Reece Group.

For successful delivery of our initiatives, you will bring with you experience in the use of data, benchmarks and insights to guide and support your findings. You will also be experience in delivering and facilitating sessions with leaders.
