**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Provide operational support for local BD team/hotel partners
- Support the BD team to investigate and troubleshoot issues based on internal and external data.
- Support the country leader and BD team in data analyzing of different projects and KPI factors.
- Setup and maintain the relevant partnership guidelines and optimize process to improve the operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Market Director to develop business plans and share insight for exploring new business opportunity.
- Ensure constant communication and collaboration between BD team and cross-functional stakeholders. Responsible for the local BD team training.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of OTA or hospitality industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and data analyzing, experience of being proactive, making constructive suggestions to BD leader and team.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex topics across different stakeholders. Solid planning / organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadline.
