We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply operations in Oceania. This role will be part of a fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with stakeholders to optimize our supply chain network, reduce costs, and improve cash flow.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including freight management, warehousing, customer service, and supply planning. They will also have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on our business. You will be responsible for managing budgets and reporting for supply chain activities, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, costs, inventory, and working capital.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee key functional tasks and develop IT solutions to improve processes. You will also lead supply chain improvement projects and tender processes, representing our company in local supply and logistics programs.

This role requires a high level of problem-solving and business case development skills, as well as a willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. Based in Sydney, this position offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and supply operations in Oceania
  • Optimize supply chain network and reduce costs
  • Manage third-party logistics providers and contracts
  • Coordinate supply planning, inventory management, and interface with manufacturing and logistics teams
  • Manage budgets and reporting for supply chain activities
  • Achieve KPIs related to customer service, costs, inventory, and working capital
  • Lead supply chain improvement projects and tender processes
  • Oversee key functional tasks and develop IT solutions to improve processes
  • Represent our company in local supply and logistics programs

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management
