We are looking for an Online Trade Manager to drive digital marketing strategies, online growth/content across digital channels and manage key external agency partnerships.

You will own site content and build strategies to deliver a consistent message across all platforms, whilst simultaneously meeting obligations to external partners. You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, sharing best practice and ensuring that the business is executing a cohesive storytelling experience for our customers in line with key business goals and direction. You will lead the studio team, driving the in-house eCommerce imagery strategy and process.

This role requires a proactive and committed leader who brings energy, initiative, and passion to a fun, stimulating and fast paced retail environment.

**The role you will play**:

- Leading a team to deliver sales targets, key sales events and reporting on weekly channel and content performance and opportunities
- Managing all current search campaigns in line with agency partners and wider business campaigns across brands
- Managing the digital marketing budget and ROI across all channels
- Developing and delivering the online affiliate strategy and growing this channel through on-brand partnerships and opportunities
- Managing key partnerships to drive online sales growth and secure maximum visibility
- Managing our digital studio and content shoots
- Planning monthly content blocks for both eDM and web content schedules and collaborating with the wider marketing team
- Developing reporting and dashboards based on an on-going attribution strategy with the wider business marketing strategy in mind

**About you**:

- You will have clear and concise communication skills
- You will be results focused with proven strategies to increase sales
- You are a gun trouble shooter with exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Retail Industry is highly regarded
- SAP experience within merchandising and planning is also highly regarded
- A minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role with direct reports
- Degree or Tertiary qualification in Marketing is desirable
