We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) focused on delivering high-quality training to our clients, providing services Nationally. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the RTO, ensuring that all training and assessment activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the scheduling of training and assessment activities and the allocation of facilities, trainers, equipment and other resources for all courses.
- Liaising with all stakeholders the logístical information, facilities, trainers, equipment and other resources for all courses
- Managing the bookings and sending confirmation to clients and students.
- Managing the Training facilities and physical resources (purchasing, servicing, etc), and assist with detailed financial reports
- Respond to any issues by clients, trainers, managers, and support team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the RTO's operations and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations coordination role within an RTO or similar environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of VET sector regulations, including the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) (desirable)
- Knowledge in the Heavy Industry Training sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

About us:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
