**Customer Operation and Organizational Specialist**
The goal of this position is to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by analyzing organizational systems, refining workflows, and implementing innovative solutions. This role also aims to drive business growth through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Organizational Analysis and Improvement**:
- Analyses data on sales and new custom products; generated reports for Management meetings
- Investigates and analyses customer feedback to determine opportunities for process improvement and potential business expansion.
- Reviews and revises workflows, job functions, and resource allocation to ensure optimal operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with Accounting Department and warehouse team to ensure timely payment and release of dye sublimation order
- Strategies the most efficient method and location for shipping orders from China to appropriate local warehouses
- Proactively communicates with NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and NZ clients regarding order status, product updates, and delivery schedules while taking appropriate actions to rectify any issues and communicate the resolution to the customer
**Strategic Development and Planning**:
- Develop objectives, strategies, and actionable plans to enhance organizational resource utilization and align with customer satisfaction goals.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for business growth, including product innovations and market expansion strategies.
- Analyses sales data and customer demand for new products, preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyses organizational data, such as sales performance and custom product trends, to prepare actionable insights and reports for executive meetings.
- Recommended prices for non-standard product offerings and additional features based on new pattern specifications prepared by garment technologist and quotes from multiple offshore suppliers.
**Quality Assurance and Compliance**
- Recommends the most suitable product based on customer requirements, considering the most profitable raw materials such as ink and fabric, ensuring a good profit margin for the company.
- Reviewed new product toolkit which consists of information on various socks styles, colour options, measurement specifications, and pricing prior release to Sales Team and customers.
- Discusses sampling approval processes including creation and sending of tech packs and strike-off approvals to customers ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manages regular discussions with internal groups such as graphic designers, product developer, garment technicians, product coordinators, and warehouse team for the smooth implementation of process from design ideation, production, to product delivery.
- Processed the initial dye sublimation order placed to a new factory and discussed the details with the garment technologist and product developer to assess product quality and fit.
**Continuous Improvement and Change Management**:
- Applies continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate and refine organizational capabilities, systems, and processes.
- Introduces and implements innovative solutions, such as the use of dye sublimated rib cuffs for long sleeve t-shirts and polos, generating additional revenue without increasing supplier costs.
- Assists in the implementation of approved organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management or Economics, providing a strong foundation in data analysis, organizational strategy, and resource management.
- Proven expertise in analyzing organizational systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in delivering training and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed proposals, reports, and training materials to support organizational goals.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
