We're looking for an **Operations Specialist** to support the national roll-out of our exciting new **Retail Media Network**. This role will see you working closely with retailers, state teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and account management across the nation. **In this Role** - Manage retailer onboarding and provide ongoing support for the Retail Media Network. - Monitor progress against milestones, project plans and program-roll out for reporting back to Senior Leaders and other internal stakeholders - Assist with the development and delivery of Retailer Support processes for In-Store Media Assets - Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retailers, vendors, and internal teams. - Support the Retail Media Team with exciting new developments. **You’re Likely a Match If** - A collaborative, "can-do" attitude with experience in retail or FMCG environments. - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. - A passion for innovation and teamwork. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
