SWEA is an industry-leading business supplying high quality European automotive parts. We are a family owned business and have been in operation for over 35 years, establishing a well-respected reputation and large customer base.
Our South West Sydney branch includes an automotive workshop specialising in European passenger and light commercial vehicle repairs and servicing. Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking a Customer Service Representative for a permanent position, working Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm within a close-knit team.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage customer booking and service enquiries
- Manage and communicate with all relevant parties
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
To be considered for this position, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Experience or Knowledge in Cars
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proactive work ethic
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player, motivated, organised
