Haynes are currently seeking an **Equipment Officer **for our valued client **Hastings Deering** in Archerfield Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive new equipment, used and rentals.
- Review shipping reports for all new equipment arrivals
- Inspect all goods on arrival for shortages, damages, or discrepancies & report immediately.
- Ensure all storage areas are kept secure, clean and in an orderly state.
- Process all inventory receipts to AX.

**ON OFFER**:

- Casual Employment basis
- Monday - Friday Roster
- 8.5hrs daily

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in an inventory administration role
- Forklift Licence is** required**:

- Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite use
- Knowledge of Caterpillar product range
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screen.
