**About the Role**

You will be responsible for managing all supply planning related activities. Execute planning demand, lead-times, and supply measures to ensure the customer DIFOT and KPIs are met. The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, supply, demand planning, SAP contracts and necessary activities and functions are carried out correctly.

Reporting to Inventory Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Inventory optimization including and replenishment all warehouses across the country (inter-branch)
- Maintain purchasing & supply planning parameters for data integrity & operation excellence
- Command good ERP production planning
- SAP Business 1
- Identify supply gap & recovery for products supportability - reduce backorder risk
- Collaborate with product managers to improve forecast accuracy, in addition to deliver customer focus’ value with Business/Product team
- Product management & supply chain efficiency cross functional in finished goods environment
- Result driven for KPI matrix (Inventory & Obsolescence, Backorder and On-Time-in-Full)
- Maintain ABC Classification and analysis, effectively manage demand vs product lead time
- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
- Produce daily reports to ensure key critical data for supply are managed effectively, any discrepancies addressed and resolved
- Manage control measures to ensure supply issues are mitigated, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved

**About You**

To be successful for the position, you will have the following qualifications and experience:

- Minimum 5+ years demand planning experience
- Strong demand planning experience with S&OP, consensus demand planning and statistical forecasting knowledge
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skill
- Understanding of inventory lifecycle, turns and customer demand in healthcare
- Previous experience within a similar purchasing / customer service role managing stock replenishment
- A proactive, self-motivated personality - although you enjoy working in a team environment you are also one of those people who loves being accountable for your own work
- The desire to always provide superior levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- SAP Business 1 experience
- Reporting experience
