BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of ParaQuad NSW and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting ParaQuad’s community programs.

**About the Role**

An exciting new opportunity is now available with BrightSky Australia. We are currently seeking pickers and packers to join our warehouse team in Archerfield, Queensland. We are seeking people who are highly motivated, a great communicator and passionate about helping others.

You will be reporting into the National Warehouse and Logistics Manager and be responsible for looking after our growing New South Wales customer base, performing a complete range of warehouse tasks such as pick/pick, stocktake, receiving goods, preparing despatch documentation and providing high quality service standards to all customers, both internal and external, by ensuring orders and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

**About You**

This role will suit a seasoned warehouse professional with good attention to detail, who takes pride in their work and can work autonomously and as part of a team. You will identify with our values of Integrity, Accountability, Reliability, Leadership and Respect and you will ideally possess:
Essential Criteria:

- Consistent and careful attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities
- Positive attitude with self-motivation and well developed organisation skills
- Able to work within a team environment

Desirable Criteria:

- Proven track record of working in a similar role
- Current Forklift license
