**Fitter - General (Workshop Technician)**

- Full time position based at our branch office in Archerfield, QLD
- $80,000 - $90,000 per annum base (depending on experience)

Tutt Bryant Equipment is Australia’s leading multi franchised National Distributor of earthmoving, construction equipment and cranes, providing the sales, service, maintenance and parts through its national network of branches.

This position will be responsible for providing both inhouse and field repair and maintenance support to a client base of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction and associated Earthmoving Equipment.

The skills and experience required for this role are:

- Australian Qualification Framework Certificate III with at least 2 years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Fitter - General in addition to the skill level;
- Experience in fitting and assembling parts and subassemblies to fabricate crane and other equipment installations;
- Experience in reading electrical drawings and hydraulic schematics;
- Assisting in the operation of the workshop function including ensuring the flow of work through the workshop is within reasonable time frames as instructed by the Product Support Manager;
- Basic knowledge of Automotive electrical circuits;
- Sound ability to liaise with customers in a professional and pragmatic manner; and
- In possession of a full manual drivers licence.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer for this full-time position with a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 pa (depending on the level of experience) and other company-provided items and benefits.
