We’re now looking for a number of HR Advisors to provide divisionally aligned P&I business partnering support on a permanent basis. Success in this role will require exceptional stakeholder management skills, a commercially focused mindset and the ability to support & influence change.

**Your Opportunity**

In your new role supporting our business you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to) the following:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders with a focus on working closely with the Business Partner team
- Contribute support to People and Inclusion projects and strategic initiatives
- Help to execute cyclical activities such as annual performance and remuneration reviews within client groups
- Collaborate with teams across the firm, and within the greater P&I team including COEs to deliver seamless service to the business
- Provide assistance and support to the Business Partner team on performance and employee relations matters to resolve issues or prevent issues arising
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the Senior Advisor, Manager or BP lead

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in a similar HR coordination or advisory role
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience in contributing to projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify and articulate issues and risks, and escalate or coordinate to an acceptable outcome
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- An awareness of employment legislation, regulatory environment, and market leading HR practices
