**About the role**
As part of our friendly and highly experienced IT team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Own the new user set-up experience
- Provide first line investigation and diagnosis, triaging and classification of inbound requests and incidents
- Assist the wider IT in identifying areas of improvement in internal customer environments
- Create and update documentation as required
- Training and research to stay up to date with new technology

**About you**
- University degree or an Advanced Diploma from TAFE in Information Technology or related field (desirable), or equivalent experience
- Technical training and associated vendor certification in any of the following technologies is desirable: Windows 10, Windows Server technologies, Office 365, General Networking and Security technologies.
- Desktop level troubleshooting, including hardware, MS Windows etc.
- Helpdesk ticketing and remote support systems
- IP network addressing and services
- An understanding of networking including routers, switches, firewalls
- Backup software and solutions (such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Azure)
- You must hold a valid driver's licence to conduct face to face support across our production and warehouse sites. Company vehicles are available for use.
