CT Group specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing, and warehousing industries. We provide a range of services including labour hire, permanent recruitment, apprenticeships, and training.

Our client is an Australian designer and manufacturer of innovative lighting and control products that deliver superior performance, reliability, and efficiency.

We are looking for a strong allrounder to provide customer service and administration support. Ideally you will be an outgoing, enthusiastic person with strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Our client is looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position and making this role their career.

**Main tasks/responsibilities of this role include**:

- Provide great Customer Service
- Administration
- Working with ERP/Office software
- Implement Procedures
- Drawing/CAD

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- Customer Service experience
- General office administration experience
- Good communication skills - high levels of involvement are required across the sales, administration, logistics and service teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft products
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills
- ERP experience
- Office software
- Ability to prioritise
- Implement Procedures
- Drawing/CAD is a bonus

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
