**About the Company**

Our client is a boutique Queensland-owned utilities service provider. Due to the ongoing growth of their business, we have a number of vacancies available to join their close-knit team, including
Collections Officer
- Claims & Rebates Officer
- Customer Service Officer

All positions will be offered to commence immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanency.

**About the Role**

As a
- **Collections Officer**, you will contact customers who are in arrears with their accounts, and work with them to settle their accounts via a one-off payment, or to provide other solutions including payment plans and accessing subsidies.
As a
- **Customer Service Officer**, you will take incoming calls to answer customer account queries which may include connections, disconnections, change of details and payment processing.
As a
- **Claims & Rebates Officer**, you will process rebates for eligible customers, and submit claims to the relevant authorities for reimbursement.

**About You**

You must be able to start immediately and have the relevant skills for each position, including clear written and verbal English communication and intermediate skills in MS Word & Excel.

All positions work on a bi-monthly rotating roster - you will work 7.6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 5.45pm daily.
Note that these roles are 100% office-based.
