- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team.Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Handling incoming calls for results, house call bookings, specimen pick-ups and data entry enquiries
- Sending results via mail, fax and downloads
- Monitoring of urgent results
- Data entry of requests
- Recollection queries and follow up
- Processing added tests
- General Administration duties
- Switchboard Relief

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
- Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
- Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
- Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer focus, general office skills and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
