Australian Computer Traders is a leading online and retail ex-government IT equipment supplier with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality refurbished IT equipment and exceptional customer service.
We have an opportunity for technically-minded and customer service-focused individuals to join our team. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
**About You**
- Prior customer service or sales support experience
- Ability to clearly communicate in writing or over the phone
- Technical aptitude required to assist customers to resolve basic computer hardware or software issues (Help Desk Level 1)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills necessary to manage competing priorities and service metrics
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
**About the role**
- Assist with product and general customer service enquires (online and over the phone)
- Provide technical customer service support regarding PCs, peripherals, individual components, and other technical products
- Order follow up and management
- Manage the customer returns process ensuring compliance with sales channel policy and guidelines
- Provide timely reporting to management relating to customer service metrics
