**About the role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Are you skilled at problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Full time Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team based at Murrarie.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products & services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and general inquiries.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with ordering supplies, and tracking equipment.
- Prepare reports and other business documents as needed.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Enthusiastic attitude and excellent work ethic. Someone that likes to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Previous Level 1 Help Desk experience (preferred)
- Customer focused with a genuine desire to provide timely and efficient service
- Excellent written communication skills coupled with good typing skills
- Quick learner who can pick up tasks easily and has a flexible problem-solving mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Interest in Information Technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**How to apply?**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Help desk: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
