**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a beautiful office with technology designed to help you support referring practitioners and patients with a range of queries. Working alongside Clerical staff, Technicians and Radiologists you will support with customer enquiries, managing reports, documenting feedback, providing software support, answering high volume calls and performing general administration.

Working days will be across Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and being a casual role, pay 25% casual loading.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in contact centre customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage and respond to customer queries over the phone; including being comfortable making decisions and creating solutions
- Ability to empathise with others and ensure they are supported to resolve their query
