PRODUCTION LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 (MEAT SMALLGOODS)

Join the Tibaldi team as a Production Level 1 or Production Level 2 based in Clayton, Victoria on either the day or afternoon shift. Full time, Part time and Casual positions are available.

The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

Your Story

As a Production team member at Tibaldi you will be part of the Operations team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

- Bringing your hands-on approach to everything you do
- Participating in job rotation and onsite training
- Working in several different types of processing areas
- Being an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment
- Being a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing

As part of this role you will be required to handle unpackaged meat products everyday, including pork.

Level 1 ‘Indicative Tasks and Duties’ include:

- Carton assembly / packing / palletising
- Pallet wrapping and labelling
- Order picking
- Container loading and/ or unloading
- If you are new to production processing with limited previous industry experience directly relevant to the role, then you will be employed as a Level 1. As a Level 1 you will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the smallgoods industry, undertake training and gain practical experience.

Level 2 ‘Indicative Tasks and Duties’ include:

- Duties of a Level 1
- Product weighing and labelling
- Conducting checks against our SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Stock scanning and ISIS procedures

Our Ways of Working

The Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2018 will cover your employment for this position.

When we work:
Day Shift 6:00am to 14:36pm

Afternoon Shift 14:51pm to 23:27pm

Our casual hourly rates of pay are:
Level 1: Day Shift $26.97 per hour

Level 2: Day Shift $27.93 per hour

Afternoon Shift Loading of 15% when working Afternoon Shift.

As part of this role you will be required to handle unpackaged meat products everyday, including pork.
