**The Role**
We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to join a dedicated and experienced People and Leadership team. This position will provide support across the full OD function and is spread across the employee life cycle, with a focus on DE&I, Giving Back, Reward & Recognition and Engagement. Working closely with the Head of OD and senior leadership teams, this role is designed to make a difference through valuable insights, action and expert advice.
This includes:
- Spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Running our Bi-annual engagement Survey
- Design and delivery of Giving Back initiatives
- Overseeing our Reward and Recognition Framework
- Organisational change leadership
- Design, delivery, and on occasion, facilitation of development programs

- Demonstrated Organisational Development experience with a project focus (4+ years)
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with DE&I culture change programs/initiatives
- Experience managing reward frameworks/systems
