**The Role**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Business Intelligence Manager will lead the BI team to provide innovative and expert solutions to all business streams and generate meaningful insights with speed and accuracy. This is a critical role to driving strategy and supporting business stakeholders to achieving the key objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and mentor the BI team to embed and enhance a high-performance culture
- Contribute to and execute the BI Strategy ensuring capability for business wide data-driven decision making
- Oversee the design/enhancement, implementation and delivery of BI solutions (e.g. development of data models, dashboards, reports and data visualisations)
- Ensure the timely delivery of BI solutions with accuracy and high stakeholder satisfaction

- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Analysis or a related field
- 7 year plus working experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in a planning, development, and implementation of an organization's BI strategy and solutions.
- Experience in leading teams in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Experience in managing BI infrastructure, developing data models, reports and dashboards, and aligning BI initiatives with overall business goals.
- Experience in ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with standards and regulation
- Proficiency in SQL and DAX
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong communication, collaboration, project delivery and change management abilities

Desirable / Nice to have:

- Proficiency in Tableau development
- Experience with AI
- Experience with Fabric
- Experience with Snowflake
