**Your opportunity**
We’re seeking a passionate and strategic **Farm Engagement Lead** to join our Regional Services team in Gippsland. This role is a key point of contact for dairy farmers, focused on building strong relationships, understanding farm business needs, and connecting farmers with the right services and resources.
You’ll play a vital role in shaping farmer experiences by engaging directly with farm businesses, capturing insights, and collaborating across Dairy Australia to deliver value-driven support.
**Key responsibilities**
- Build and manage trusted relationships with farmers through tailored account plans and regular engagement
- Understand farm business goals and connect farmers with relevant Dairy Australia services and resources
- Promote the value of Dairy Australia’s offerings in a way that resonates with individual farm needs
- Coordinate and deliver strategic 1:1 engagements and touchpoints across the region
- Capture and document farmer insights and trends using Salesforce to inform regional strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance farmer experiences and share regional knowledge
**About you**
You’re a relationship builder with a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the dairy industry. You bring:
- Experience in structured account management or stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to promote services with authenticity and impact
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- A deep understanding of dairy farming systems and regional dynamics
- Relevant qualifications in agriculture, business, or equivalent experience
