With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Warragul location which currently employs up to 550 employees.

**About the Opportunity**
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Leading Hand assists with making sure our customer orders meet expectations in terms of quality and timeliness. This role will suit a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with sound judgement and strong quality and safety orientation. Some experience within a production environment would also be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for
- Operating and managing a range of packing machines
- Reporting issues to the Production Supervisor
- Performing higher duties in the absence of the Production Supervisor
- Assist in training and development of team members.
- Quality control
- Health and Safety

Previous experience in team leadership is desirable but is not required as full training will be provided.
