What you will be doing and delivering

We have a new opportunity for Sustainable Crop Care Leader to join our Warragul team. The position is structured as a 5-day work week. The role supports the Group Crop Manager.

As a Sustainable Crop Crop Leader, you will:

  • Leading, coaching and mentoring your team to ensure engagement and achievement of key deliverables
  • Managing team workloads through effective supervision and delegation
  • Supervising essential crop care operations including pollination and pruning while adapting plans based on environmental forecasts
  • Overseeing pesticide pesticide applications and quality control processes to maintain premium crop standards
  • Collaborating with the Senior Grower to strategically plan weekly activities while optimizing resource allocation

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven leadership experience including coaching, team development, and performance management
  • Forward-thinking mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to lead by example
  • Experience working in fast-paced, physical environments (essential)
  • Certificate III or above in Agriculture/Horticulture (desirable)
