**The Role**

Full-time position

We are seeking Passionate and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach to join our growing Health team in Geelong.

As a Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach, you will work closely with our clients and their families to build their capacity to understand, implement, and coordinate their NDIS Plan through a high-quality, person-centred service. You will work closely with individuals to identify their goals and support them to access the services they need; ensuring the client’s choice, control and independence is at the heart of what you do.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have previous experience working in the disability services sector or working with NDIS participants, coupled with exceptional communication skills (clear and concise written and verbal communication). Most importantly, you will have a passion for high-quality client care.

**You Need**
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities from diverse backgrounds
- An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Experience working as a Support Coordinator or in a similar role (Local Area Coordinator, Plan Manager, NDIS Administration)
- A strong desire to support people with disabilities to build their capacity and independence
- Effective communication skills and someone who prides themselves on their exceptional customer service
- Solid organization skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to operate in a highly regulated and dynamic business environment
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to write reports
- Mental Health Cert IV or relevant lived experience
